Hourly Commitment:

• Minimum 6-month contract for all retainer services.
• The first month's payment is due upfront before services commence.
• A written 30-day cancellation notice is required for all contracts and services.  Final month's payment must be cleared for the cancellation to be effective.
• Sales channel development is subject to 10-20% commission on gross revenue generated from each sales channel for 1 year from the setup or development and up to 1 year from contract termination unless  otherwise agreed in writing.
